The first time you saw the numbers—4 8 15 16 23 42—they probably didn’t mean much. Just a string of digits muttered by a wild-eyed Scotsman in a bunker. Then, suddenly, they were everywhere: on a lottery ticket, a transmission, the side of a hatch buried deep in the jungle. Lost had a way of turning the smallest details into obsessions, the ordinary into the inexplicable. A handcuff on the beach wasn’t just a handcuff. A beeping computer wasn’t just a machine. And now, in the form of a LEGO diorama, the mystery lives on—meticulously crafted, brick by brick, like a puzzle waiting to be solved.

LEGO sets have always had a way of translating entire worlds into something you can hold in your hands, but this one carries a different kind of weight. It’s not just about recreating a scene; it’s about capturing an atmosphere. The uncertainty, the tension, the creeping paranoia of being stranded in a place that doesn’t play by the rules—it’s all here, brick by brick. Like the show itself, this build rewards those who look closer, hiding secrets in its details, waiting for someone to piece them together.

Designer: J_hrvth

The Hatch, standing at the center of the build, is the main character here. It was the turning point of the series, the moment where Lost transformed from a survival story into something much bigger. Just like in the show, the diorama keeps you on edge—what’s inside? Why is it here? That single structure held a mystery that kept fans glued to their screens for seasons, and here, it’s given the reverence it deserves. The build even sneaks in a glimpse of the underground computer room, where Desmond spent years entering “4 8 15 16 23 42” on repeat, locked in a cycle of duty, fear, and, let’s be honest, our own frustration as viewers. The button is there, waiting to be pushed, tempting fate just as it always did.

No Lost build would feel complete without the jungle’s oppressive presence, and this diorama delivers. Dense greenery surrounds the scene, evoking the ever-watchful eye of the island itself. Twisting vines and uneven terrain create a sense of isolation, a reminder that, no matter how many characters tried to escape, the island always found a way to pull them back. And then there’s the Beechcraft. Crashed into the canopy, vying for your visual attention along with the hatch. Fans will immediately recognize it as a key puzzle piece in the grand design of the show, one of those seemingly random elements that later proved to be part of a much deeper mythology.

Scattered throughout the build are subtle nods that long-time fans will appreciate. A handcuff, a briefcase, a small Virgin Mary statue—each one a breadcrumb leading back to a crucial moment in the series. These aren’t just decorative; they’re storytelling devices, just like the hidden details that made every Lost rewatch feel like a treasure hunt. Even the presence of Jack and Locke minifigures carries weight. Their ideological battle defined the series, science versus faith, destiny versus free will. Having them both here reinforces that tension, two men seeing the same island in completely different ways.

With approximately 1,200 pieces, this fan-made build is a love letter to the series, capturing not just the aesthetics but the mood of Lost. With 3,400 votes, the diorama is rapidly gaining love from the broader LEGO community (and you can vote for the entry on the LEGO Ideas website). For LEGO fans, it’s a brilliantly constructed diorama packed with storytelling, Easter eggs, and clever design choices. For Lost fans, it’s a reminder of all the theories, debates, and jaw-dropping moments that made the show legendary. And for those who fit into both categories? Well, let’s just say, “See you in another life, brother.”

]]>

It’s crazy that a 1998 movie predicted the surveillance economy in the most casual way possible. If you haven’t seen The Truman Show, it feels more hard-hitting now than it did back when the movie premiered. In 1998, it was just a strange dystopian film about one man being ‘spied’ on with multiple cameras shooting reality TV of his life without his knowledge. Now, it feels all too real, with all our devices spying on us 24×7. The show might be 27 years old, but it painted a rather vivid reality through a great story and wonderful sets – now those sets get a LEGO recreation thanks to LEGO builder Trojada.

This build is a detailed tribute to the 1998 film, centering on the massive amphitheater-like arc that encases Truman’s life. The curved exterior suggests the illusion of an endless sky, but inside, the reality is starkly different. Seven of the movie’s most memorable scenes are tucked within its walls, turning the structure into both a stage and a prison. At the heart of it all is the climactic moment—the door to the real world, camouflaged against a backdrop of clouds on a sky, waiting for Truman to step through. It’s a striking visual that encapsulates the film’s core message about control, freedom, and the pursuit of truth.

Designer: Trojada

Beyond the arc, the build extends into the backstage world of The Truman Show. Christof, the show’s omnipotent director, sits perched on his chair, monitoring Truman’s every move. The fake elevator scene makes an appearance here as well, reminding fans of that chilling moment when Truman catches a glimpse behind the curtain. These details reinforce the unsettling contrast between the cheerful artifice of Truman’s daily life and the cold mechanics of the production controlling him.

In front of the main build, a smaller scene pays homage to two of the film’s most important secondary characters. Sylvia, the woman who tried to warn Truman of the truth, sits alongside the man in the bathtub, one of the millions glued to their screens, living vicariously through Truman’s existence. This addition is a clever nod to the film’s commentary on media consumption, showing both resistance and passive spectatorship in the same space.

The minifigure selection brings the film’s cast to life in LEGO form. Truman himself is the star, and extra pieces allow builders to swap his outfits to match the six different scenes he appears in. Seven minifigures in total populate this build, each representing the key players in Truman’s story. The attention to detail ensures that every moment recreated here is instantly recognizable to fans of the film.

At 75 x 30 x 12 cm, this set might be a little more expansive than most LEGO builds, but rarely do we ever get an entire diorama of a movie in one LEGO kit. Sadly this one’s just a fan-made submission for a LEGO competition on 90s Throwback. Voting for the submission hasn’t opened yet, but it’ll be fun to see such a build actually brought to life. If the diorama trend kicks off, could we see other movies? The Matrix, Inception, or anything from Wes Anderson’s filmography?

There’s something hypnotic about the way technology and tradition collide in Hilario Lugo’s engraved Iron Man mask. At first glance, it seems almost paradoxical—an ultra-modern superhero helmet covered in swirling, baroque-style scrollwork, the kind you’d expect to see on an antique rifle or a piece of royal armor. But somehow, this fusion of high-tech sleekness and old-world opulence works beautifully. It’s maximalism meeting minimalism – something that may sound oxymoronic but has incredibly high emotional value.

There’s an irony in seeing Tony Stark’s helmet transformed this way. Stark, the genius futurist, would probably scoff at something so ornate, favoring clean lines and cutting-edge function over decorative embellishments. And yet, considering his love for flashy cars, high-end watches, and extravagant tech, maybe he’d actually appreciate this. After all, Stark’s Mark II suit was a gleaming, unpainted silver before it was reworked into the classic red and gold—so in some alternate reality, this could have been his aesthetic choice all along.

Designer: Hilario Lugo

Originally finished with a high polish, the mask was later taken down to a satin finish, allowing every detail to emerge with striking clarity. Lugo’s engraving process is meticulous, involving inked scrollwork, single-point shading, and a micro-dotted background that adds layers of texture. Unlike machine-cut designs, his hand-engraving ensures each line carries a distinct, human touch—every swirl, every fine mark a testament to his skill. The patterns almost breathe, wrapping seamlessly around the mask’s geometric contours, softening the hard edges without compromising its identity as Iron Man’s unmistakable visage. It distinctly reminds me of some of Eslam Mohammed’s Baroque-inspired work like the Baroque AirPods Case.

Lugo’s attention to detail is staggering. The floral engravings flow across the faceplate like liquid metal, the micro-dotting subtly enhancing depth and contrast. The visor slits, left untouched, become even more dramatic against the intricate backdrop. It’s easy to imagine this mask in an alternate Marvel timeline where Stark trades nanotech for something more tactile, more regal—perhaps an Iron Man of the Renaissance, or a Stark ancestor leading battles in some steampunk-infused past.

What makes this piece even more compelling is that it’s a one-off. Unlike factory-produced collectibles, this helmet stands alone as a singular work of art. That exclusivity adds to its mystique—this isn’t something you’ll find in a display case at your local comic shop. It’s a meeting of craftsmanship and fandom, an object that demands appreciation both as a tribute to Marvel and as a showcase of masterful engraving.

Of course, now that we’ve seen what Lugo can do with Iron Man, it raises an obvious question—what’s next? If there’s any mask in the Marvel universe that’s begging for this treatment, it has to be Doctor Doom’s. Just picture it: the Latverian monarch’s signature helmet, fully engraved with the same ornate scrollwork, dripping with gothic grandeur. With rumors swirling about Robert Downey Jr.’s potential return to the MCU, maybe—just maybe—we’ll get to see Stark himself donning something like this in the next Avengers film. And if that happens? Well, Lugo better get ready, because demand for his work is about to skyrocket.

The Grammys are exactly a week away, and the air is already buzzing with anticipation. Whether you’re rooting for Charli XCX’s Brat winning Album of the Year or cringing at the idea of Espresso winning the Best Song because it was plastered all across social media, the Grammy statuette—arguably one of the most iconic trophies in music history—will soon take center stage. Shaped like a vintage gramophone, this gleaming golden award has been synonymous with excellence in music since its debut in 1959. Now, thanks to LEGO enthusiast _ironman, this piece of music history has been reimagined in an entirely new way: as a LEGO set.

In true LEGO Ideas fashion, the design captures the essence of the real Grammy award—a gramophone frozen in time, its brass horn glinting with a sense of pride and tradition. But what makes this build more than a miniaturized tribute to the Grammys is its intention. According to _ironman, the project was inspired by a desire to encourage kids to chase their dreams, even in the face of adversity. “One day, I’ll get one of these,” is the thought this LEGO set aims to inspire, especially for children who may be dreaming of making music their career. It’s a powerful idea wrapped in a clever, brick-built package.

Designer: _ironman

Standing at 16.6 x 19.5 x 31 mm, this LEGO Gramophone shows off a minimalist design that doesn’t skimp on details. With 207 pieces, including four golden “records” tucked away in a gold box, it strikes a balance between elegance and accessibility. The build isn’t overly complex, making it a perfect project for music lovers of all ages—LEGO newcomers and seasoned builders alike. There’s even a blank nameplate that you can add your name to, just as the ultimate manifestation!

The idea of merging LEGO with cultural icons isn’t new, but this project feels especially poignant. Music has a way of uniting people, and the Grammys are a celebration of that universal connection. By recreating the Grammy award in LEGO form, this set becomes a bridge between two art forms: music and building. Whether you’re someone who loves constructing MOCs (My Own Creations) or simply admires the rich history of the Grammys, this project has something for you.

As we countdown to Grammy night, this LEGO Gramophone reminds us that creativity knows no bounds. While not everyone will walk away with an actual Grammy, the dream to reach that pinnacle begins somewhere. And sometimes, it starts with a handful of bricks, an idea, and a spark of imagination. So, if you’re as inspired by this as we are, head over to the LEGO Ideas website to vote for _ironman’s project, and let’s make this golden dream an official box set. After all, even the longest musical journey starts with a single note—or in this case, a single LEGO brick.

Jobs talked about how the iPod could store thousands of songs in your pocket – this wallet can now store (potentially) thousands of dollars.

Meet the MP3 Wallet, a fun EDC made using two iPod 2G backplates stitched together. You’ve got space on the inside for up to 4 cards, allowing you to store a combination of payment cards, access cards, and business cards. The iPod backplates, on the other hand, add a fun nostalgic touch to what would otherwise just be a regular everyday wallet. It’s also a cute way to recycle something that would otherwise just be collecting dust in your drawer.

Designer: 2001amour

First off, these aren’t functional iPods – they’re merely the metal backplates of older iPods that got retired from service. The folks at 2001amour pulled the gizmos apart, cleaned and polished the backplates, and repurposed them into ‘trifold’ wallets. Technically this still classifies as a ‘bifold’, but the MP3 Wallet comes with a third flap in the middle that gives you an extra set of compartments.

The wallet measures 100mm x 60mm x 17mm – it’s fairly thick for a regular wallet, but the wallet isn’t trying to be sleek… it’s trying to make a statement. The insides are high-quality leather, featuring slots that store a combination of cards and cash, and here’s the kicker, the outer metal backplate just inadvertently turns out to be the perfect RFID-blocking material so your wallet gets some level of protection from digital theft. A metal clasp on the inside also locks your wallet, preventing it from accidentally opening.

The wallets cost an eye-watering $110, although for people looking to make a haute fashion statement, the price really shouldn’t be a deterrent. The cost is, in part, because sourcing iPod 2Gs isn’t really easy and can significantly add to the price of the wallet. But hey, you also get a pair of EarPods with each purchase. You can technically plug them into your wallet, since it still has 2 headphone jacks, but don’t expect to hear Benjamin Franklin singing! They say money talks, but not literally.

Remember when Interstellar gave us a first look of what a black hole could look like, base SOLELY off of Nolan’s research? And then NASA released a black hole photo years later and it looked very similar to the one in the movie? That’s how impressive Interstellar is, not just on a cinematic level, but on executing with knowledge and perfection. The movie (although you’ve probably seen it) ends with Matthew McConaughey falling into a black hole, only to realize he’s entered a new dimension where time is represented as space. It’s a mind-boggling scene, and this LEGO set captures its beauty perfectly.

At first glance, this model’s dramatic flair springs from its tesseract-inspired core, which is tilted at a distinctive angle. Constructing it demanded more than simply stacking bricks; it required careful attention to geometry, balance, and aesthetics to capture that surreal feeling of being inside a black hole. Every twist and turn in the design showcases subtle intricacies, creating a mesmerizing structure that mirrors the film’s daring scientific concepts.

Designer: KoalaBrick

Within that angled base, there are two dioramas: Miller’s planet and Mann’s planet, each boasting unique terrain elements for an authentic cosmic feel. Front and center sits Murph’s room, where Cooper leaves messages for his daughter from beyond by manipulating dust falling on the ground. The inclusion of Gargantua, the all-consuming black hole, and the Endurance ship helps elevate the display, tying all these iconic scenes together in one cohesive, movie-inspired tribute to deep space exploration.

The build comes from the mind of KoalaBrick, who created this 4,650-piece masterpiece as a submission for LEGO’s Ideas forum. The structural framework was meticulously planned to ensure stability despite the set’s unusual angles, so casual builders and seasoned fans alike can trust in its sturdiness. Attention to weight distribution, hidden supports, and interlocking connections ensures a smooth building process, while still letting advanced users delve deeper into sophisticated techniques.

What draws me is how each detail echoes the film’s themes of exploration, sacrifice, and that hope. The tesseract structure frames these moments like a curated gallery, encouraging reflection as you peer at each segment. The multiple corners of the tesseract have something to capture your gaze. Cooper floats in between, with Brand, Mann, CASE, and TARS on the left and right. The Endurance spaceship can be found on the top, while a paranormal scene from the movie where books fall off the bookshelf can be found below. At the center lies the movie’s biggest prop – the black hole into which Cooper disappears towards the end of the movie.

The LEGO set manages to distill the vastness of the story into a single, model. Key points in the movie get conveyed brilliantly into this compact yet highly detailed build. To be honest, 4,650 bricks may sound daunting, but it feels less so when you realize that a lot of those bricks are just the striated timelines that make up the tesseract. Cooper can basically travel through time simply by moving forward or backward.

Dr. Brand with CASE

Dr. Mann with TARS

Alongside its visual flair, this build thrives on user engagement. People can move the minifigures around or imagine their own dialogues between TARS and Cooper. That interactive aspect matters, because it encourages hands-on play that goes beyond pure display. The heft, the details, and the broad scope combine into something that might spark a conversation about imagination and design.

The Interstellar build is a submission on the LEGO Ideas website, an online forum where LEGO fans and enthusiasts get together to share their creations and vote for their favorites. This particular build has just over 1,500 votes as of writing this article, but it’s sure to pick up soon, given that LEGO’s staff gave it a ‘Staff Pick’ badge too. Plus, KoalaBrick (the creator behind this kit) is a LEGO veteran with multiple builds under their belt – including even the iconic E.T. LEGO Ideas set from last year! ]]>

When Louise Belcher tells her dad, “You don’t have to be a hero; you just have to be a dad,” it perfectly encapsulates the scrappy, loveable chaos of Bob’s Burgers. This is a world where every moment is tinged with absurdity, yet grounded in the earnest, everyday struggles of the Belcher family. It’s the kind of charm that makes fans cling to the show—and the kind of magic that’s almost impossible to recreate. Almost. Because in the hands of a LEGO Ideas creator, this animated sitcom has been meticulously transformed into something tangible, bringing the Belcher family’s quirks and corners into your living room.

The set feels alive as if the Belchers themselves might suddenly burst out of the tiny kitchen to remind you that the fryer’s broken again. It’s layered storytelling in brick form, with every piece carrying a whisper of the show’s humor, heart, and hilariously cramped spaces. At a staggering 2,991 bricks, this fan-made LEGO set is a tactile, immersive experience that lets you live in the world of Bob’s Burgers rather than waiting to cue up an episode.

Designer: Greygo

The first impression of the build is striking. At nearly 3,000 pieces, it’s an ambitious set that recreates the family’s home and restaurant with remarkable precision. The build begins with the familiar ground floor, the setting of so many antics in the show. You can almost hear the hum of the kitchen as Bob frets over the latest “Burger of the Day,” its chalkboard lovingly recreated here. The dining area, with its no-frills charm, sits alongside the cramped bathroom and the bustling kitchen, all instantly recognizable to fans. These spaces are more than scenery; they’re where the show’s humor and heart often collide.

Moving upstairs, the magic of the Belcher family’s personalities shines even brighter. Each room tells a story. Tina’s corner is littered with traces of her awkward brilliance, complete with her “Friend Fiction” notebook. Gene’s keyboard and megaphone sit ready for his next musical misadventure, while Louise has her trusty Kuchi Kopi nightlight standing guard. These thoughtful inclusions make each space feel alive, as though the characters themselves had a hand in the design.

The modular nature of the set amplifies its charm. With removable roofs and pull-out walls, you’re quite literally stepping into Bob’s establishment, room for room. Each room is easily accessible, encouraging exploration and interaction. This clever design doesn’t just make the set functional; it mirrors the show’s layered storytelling, where every scene and interaction adds depth to the characters and their world.

What elevates this build is how it captures the show’s humor and warmth in every brick. From the Chippy Chomps cereal box on the dining table to the tiny Easter eggs scattered throughout, each piece serves as a nod to fans who know the series inside and out. But even for those unfamiliar with Bob’s Burgers, the set’s aesthetic appeal and playability make it a standout addition to any collection.

And while the build is packed with Easter eggs, it also leaves room for your imagination to run wild. After all, the best part of Bob’s Burgers—and LEGO—is that they’re both about creating something that feels uniquely yours. Whether it’s a pun-filled menu or an impromptu rooftop concert with Gene, this set gives you the tools to build your own stories, one brick at a time.

Designing a build that’s both intricate and accessible takes skill, and LEGO builder Greygo balances these aspects brilliantly. The building is as true to the original as it gets, and notably the minifigures ditch the LEGO character DNA. Rather than the beady eyes and simple smile found on your average yellow LEGO minifigure, this one spices the plastic playable characters up, with matching skin-tones and face graphics that resemble the cartooning style found on the show. In my experience, that’s usually grounds for LEGO to dismiss any such fan-made set, but one can always hope the MOC (My Own Creation) goes through a round of design reiterations.

The LEGO Ideas Bob’s Burgers set is currently a submission on the LEGO Ideas forum, where fans create their own unique brick builds and vote for their favorites. The Bob’s Burgers LEGO kit just crossed its 10,000 vote mark, which means it’s now up to LEGO’s internal team, whick will review the design and (hopefully) turn it into a box set. If you’d like to see that happen, go show the LEGO build some love on the LEGO Ideas website!

The only fitting adjective to describe this LEGO kit is Legen… wait for it… Dary!

For nine years, How I Met Your Mother captured global audiences with a distinctive blend of humor, heartfelt storytelling, and unforgettable characters. It developed a devoted following that continues through reruns and streaming, as people revisit the Manhattan apartment, the bar around the corner, and the inside jokes that made viewers laugh, cry, and find comfort in a group of friends navigating life, love, and dreams.

Now, fans can relive the nostalgia of Mosby and his gang’s shenanigans through this LEGO Ideas set that recreates the show’s beloved apartment in remarkable detail. With around 1,300 pieces and six minifigures (plus a goat), this model includes a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and both Ted’s and Marshall and Lily’s bedrooms. Each room presents subtle nods and references to the show’s memorable episodes, giving builders a hands-on way to celebrate the series’ enduring legacy.

Designer: Dreamnbricks

Picture this: Ted’s iconic apartment, recreated with stunning attention to detail using approximately 1,300 LEGO pieces. Fans of the show will recognize every corner of this familiar setting, from the lovingly cluttered kitchen to the cozy living room where so many of those legendary moments took place. Marshall and Lily’s bedroom, Ted’s personal retreat, and even a tiny bathroom—each room is a nod to the set that became a second home for millions of viewers. The HIMYM LEGO Ideas set comes from the mind of Dreamnbricks, a LEGO builder who wanted to pay tribute to one of his favorite TV series of all time.

Of course, no tribute to How I Met Your Mother would be complete without its iconic characters. The set includes six minifigures: Ted, Marshall, Lily, Barney, Robin, Missy the goat, and the mysterious woman who Ted finally marries, standing with her iconic yellow umbrella. These figures bring the spirit of the show to life, with just the right balance of charm and detail to capture their personalities. Barney, for example, looks like he’s mid-scheme in his legendary suit, while Robin’s figure feels ready to belt out a hit as Robin Sparkles. The only recurring characters missing from the set are Ted’s children, who often feature in the intro of each show.

The LEGO Ideas kit comes filled with easter eggs from the show. The apartment is littered with familiar imagery from the blue French horn, the pineapple, the Intervention sign in the living room, Barney’s Playbook, and even the yellow umbrella tucked into the scene. Designed like a studio set, the LEGO kit also comes with the HIMYM placard on top, along with studio lighting placed along the edge of the walls.

The design also emphasizes practicality, which is fitting for a sitcom built on the everyday magic of friendship. The apartment’s modular layout makes it easy to customize, giving builders the freedom to recreate their favorite moments or even imagine new scenarios. Want to stage the slap bet? Go ahead. Reenact the goat incident? Absolutely. It’s a set that’s as playful as it is nostalgic, capturing the heart of the series while letting fans make it their own.

But why now? Why does How I Met Your Mother deserve its own LEGO set almost a decade after its final episode aired? Because the show’s impact hasn’t faded. Its reruns and streaming presence keep it alive for new generations, who laugh, cry, and cringe their way through Ted’s winding path to love. This LEGO project taps into that enduring legacy, offering fans a tangible way to celebrate a story that’s as much about the journey as the destination.

Currently, the How I Met Your Mother kit is a submission on the LEGO Ideas website – a forum where fans can share their own LEGO creations and vote for their favorites. With just under 2,000 votes, this particular MOC (My Own Creation) is gradually picking up the attention of HIMYM-lovers. If you want to see this LEGO kit come to life, visit the LEGO Ideas website and cast your vote!

The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers ruled the 90s, creating a legacy of oversized robots, colorful battles, and unshakable teamwork that captured the imagination of kids everywhere. Decades later, LEGO fans have reignited that spark with a Megazord design that’s as much a nostalgia trip as it is a feat of creative engineering. Standing tall at 35.6 cm (14 inches), this LEGO Megazord invites fans of all ages to relive Saturday mornings with a new level of tactile wonder.

Rather than being a mere static model—this LEGO build comes alive with with action and detail. The Megazord can disassemble into its five iconic Dinozords: the Mastodon, Pterodactyl, Triceratops, Sabertooth Tiger, and Tyrannosaurus. Each Zord boasts posable limbs, letting you recreate their TV show moments or invent entirely new scenes. But the real magic happens when these Zords combine into the mighty Dino Megazord. The design captures every nuance of its TV counterpart, from the angular head crest to the imposing stance. Improvements in proportions, particularly around the waist and thighs, make this model look even more dynamic and true-to-character than earlier attempts.

Designer: legotruman

The Megazord’s articulation takes it beyond a simple display piece. With movable joints in the head, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles, this model is built for action. The Power Sword and Mastodon shield add to its battle-ready aura, and they’re not just accessories—they’re storytelling tools, begging for adventures to unfold across your living room floor.

And of course, what’s a Megazord without its pilots? This set includes minifigures of the five original Power Rangers: Zack (Black), Kimberly (Pink), Billy (Blue), Trini (Yellow), and Jason (Red). Each figure has custom-printed heads that channel their on-screen counterparts. Though LEGO’s submission rules prohibit custom helmet parts, the creator has cleverly designed the minifigures to hint at those iconic looks. If the project reaches production, there’s every chance the Power Rangers will suit up with proper helmets.

The MOC comes with the entire Power Rangers task force, featuring the 5 iconic heroes and their ‘Zords’. Remarkably enough, while most of the stuff we saw on TV was a combination of CGI and practical effects, this LEGO set turns everything into true reality, with the Zords being independently capable, but also possessing the ability to attach into one another to make the Megazord. That isn’t something you expect from LEGO bricks, but builder ‘legotruman’ managed to pull off the practical assemblies.

LEGO creator ‘legotruman’ has meticulously refined the design based on feedback and passion. The Pterodactyl’s wings are sleeker, the Mastodon’s head more expressive, and the T-Rex’s claws and legs have newfound strength. Even the Megazord’s head has been reworked to refine its crest, eyes, and nose, bringing a sharper, more recognizable silhouette.

What’s truly remarkable is the level of community support this project has garnered. The MOC (My Own Creation) garnered more than 7,000 votes the last time around, falling shy of its 10,000 vote goal. This time, legotruman hopes his design refinements will help the MOC get to where it needs to be – the 10,000 vote mark following which LEGO’s internal team will officially review it and (hopefully) turn it into a retail box set.

So, if your inner 90s kid is already shouting “It’s Morphin’ Time,” here’s your chance to turn that battle cry into reality. By supporting this project, you’re not just voting for a toy—you’re championing the creativity of fans who grew up inspired by these stories and who now pass that inspiration on through LEGO bricks. And maybe, just maybe, you’ll have a hand in assembling a piece of Power Rangers history that you can hold in your hands. Vote for the Power Rangers Megazord on the LEGO Ideas website here.

Meet the Nothing Fold (1), a new chapter for the company that brought us the Phone (1), Phone (2), and Phone (2a), disrupting the smartphone landscape.

The London-based startup is in a uniquely advantageous position. They’ve launched 3 (ish) new phones in one year, with 3 more to come in the following year. The company has seen a meteoric rise in popularity, with tech reviewers and global audiences all paying attention to what Carl Pei announces next. Their next phone, or at least one of their next phones, should be a foldable.

The Nothing Fold (1) has the potential of creating a big splash that the foldable market needs. Samsung has pushed out its fair share of foldables, most Chinese brands are either joining or overtaking Samsung (Huawei launched a tri-fold phone just two months ago), and it seems like Apple is working on a foldable but with no realistic timeline. Folding phones are experiencing a lull right now because they’re A. Expensive, and B. Boring – two areas that aren’t a problem for Nothing.

Designer: Sarang Sheth

So behold the Nothing Fold (1) concept, a folding phone running the coveted Nothing OS 3, boasting a 6.5-inch screen on the front, and an expansive 8.37-inch screen on the inside. The kicker? There’s a Glyph Interface on the back as well as the spine. Boot the phone up and the Glyph spells out the number 1 (for Fold (1)), and once your phone’s booted, the interface transforms into a ‘third’ screen of sorts, delivering notifications not just through glyphs but through a dynamic ticker-tape monochrome display running along the spine of the phone.

The Fold (1) concept is clearly flagship material – besides boasting two screens, it boasts three cameras, including a main shooter, an ultrawide, and a telephoto/macro. Two more additional cameras sit within their respective hole punches on the front and the inner displays, giving you a whopping total of 5 cameras. On the inside, a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 5G chip brings powerful processing chops to the foldable, boasting an 8-core CPU, 12-core GPU, and even an NPU to assist with AI tasks. A whopping 5,500mAh battery powers the phone, giving it over a day’s worth of battery thanks to the chipset’s power efficiency.

The Fold (1) is the first to ship with Nothing’s new OS 3 built right in, boasting better performance, a wider widget catalog to choose from, and a few more notable UI upgrades that just make the foldable seamless. Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo, all these brands have had to deal with exciting hardware that’s let down by boring software – the Nothing Fold (1) doesn’t have that problem. Aside from looking stunning and measuring a mere 6.3mm thin when open and 14mm thick when closed (including the camera bump), it has a seamlessly minimal and ruthlessly efficient operating system that complements the hardware beautifully.

Speaking of hardware, the Fold (1) has all the hallmarks of the Phone (2), Nothing’s last ‘flagship’, including that gorgeous gray finish that really allows the phone’s transparent back to shine. The wireless charging coil makes its reappearance after disappearing in the Phone (2a), and the Glyph Interface gets a minimal makeover, featuring 6 individual glyph bars as well as the Glyph Ticker on the spine of the phone, visible both in open and shut modes.

A metal outer structure feels premium, while the glass front and back give the phone its elite edge, unlike the Phone (2a) which opted for plastic instead of glass. Strategically placed volume and power buttons allow you to access them comfortably in closed or open formats, and the under-display fingerprint on the main screen helps unlock the device. Of course, the Fold (1) sticks to the same eco-friendly approach with recycled materials and biodegradable packaging – that’s a given.

The cameras experiment with a new layout, following the profile of the phone’s corner. Many have compared past Nothing phones to iPhones given their size, camera layout, and uncanny ability to fit perfectly into iPhone cases – with the Fold (1) beating the folding iPhone, it doesn’t have to live in the shadow of any such device. The Fold (1) has an identity of its own, something that Nothing’s loyal fan base loves about the brand.

Aside from being visually exciting (and bringing fun to the foldable category), the Fold (1) can uniquely position itself as a flagship foldable that doesn’t break the bank. Huawei’s tri-fold nearly hits the $3,000 mark, and most foldables average at $1,200, but the Fold (1) – should it be serious about its role as the hottest folding phone on the market – needs to maintain a budget-friendly price tag. A £799 ($1014) foldable would absolutely cement the phone as the most coveted piece of tech from the UK-based phone maker.
